Home inspection
A visual, non-invasive inspection of the home's major systems and components. It covers the roof, exterior, foundation, attic and insulation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and interior.
Radon testing
More than 2 in 5 Minnesota homes have high radon levels, according to the Minnesota Department of Health. Testing is done by an NRPP and Minnesota licensed radon measurement professional, and gives your client a real number before closing. Testing uses a continuous radon monitor over a 48-hour period.
Sewer scope inspection
A camera inspection of the main sewer line from the house toward the street. Sewer repairs are among the costliest surprises after closing, and a scope surfaces problems while your client can still act on them.

Yes. Because the radon monitor runs for 48 hours, we start it ahead of the inspection whenever possible so results are ready on inspection day.
How soon is the report delivered?
Reports are delivered the same day, typically that afternoon or evening. Radon results follow once the 48-hour test is complete.
Do you walk the buyer through the findings at the end of the inspection?
Yes. Buyers are encouraged to join the walkthrough after the inspection, ask questions and get an overview of the home's condition before the inspector leaves.
